SinclairMine

Copper Project — Namibia

NI 43-101 Technical Report

Strategic Brownfield Copper Asset

The Sinclair Mine is a historic copper operation with over 155 years of proven production, positioned within a highly prospective mineralized corridor in Namibia. As a brownfield asset, Sinclair benefits from existing infrastructure, historical data, and defined mineralization — significantly reducing exploration risk while accelerating the pathway to production.

Sinclair is implementing the recommendations from the NI 43-101 Technical Report to aggressively scale production of the near-surface and above ground copper oxide ore body while simultaneously conducting exploration drilling to validate the estimated 31,000,000 tons of copper resource below ground.

Asset Overview

Brownfield value, staged for acceleration

The project hosts both oxide and sulphide copper mineralization systems, supported by historical mining records and modern technical validation. Current development is focused on near-term production through the processing of existing copper oxide material, while advancing broader resource expansion and long-term mine planning.

A staged development approach enables immediate revenue generation while systematically unlocking deeper value across the asset.

Development Strategy

  • Phase 1: Near-term production from surface and oxide material.
  • Phase 2: Expansion into sulphide systems and increased processing capacity.
  • Phase 3: Full-scale production aligned with institutional-grade validation.

Monetization Pathways

  • Direct production and concentrate sales.
  • Strategic offtake agreements.
  • Structured private financing through the SINQ framework.
  • Future capital markets participation.

Strategic Positioning

The project sits at the intersection of increasing global copper demand driven by:

  • Electrification and renewable energy infrastructure.
  • Electric vehicles and battery supply chains.
  • AI, data centers, and digital infrastructure expansion.

Sinclair is positioned as a near-term contributor to global copper supply, addressing critical shortages through accelerated development.
