MusaMinerals

Brownfield Gold System with District-Scale Expansion Potential

NI 43-101 Technical Report

Positioning Statement

MUSA MINERALS — Gold Project

Musa Minerals is a brownfield gold project with an existing NI 43-101 Technical Report, advancing toward resource expansion through targeted deep drilling and district-scale exploration across a 59,000-hectare exclusive prospecting license.

Commodity Focus

Gold

Brownfield gold exposure with copper as a secondary value layer.

Jurisdiction

Namibia — anchored by a 59,000-hectare exclusive prospecting license that supports district-scale exploration and resource growth.

Current Status

  • Verification drilling completed, however:
  • • Drill depth did not reach target mineralized zones
  • • Resource potential remains under-tested at depth

Immediate Execution Plan

De-risk the depth thesis and expand the district

Musa Minerals is supported by an NI 43-101 Technical Report targeting an estimated 108 million tons of gold bearing ore at approximately 1.8 g/t Au. Current work is centered on deepening existing drill holes to validate untested mineralization at depth, followed by resource-expansion drilling and broader district-scale exploration.

Current Status

  • Verification drilling completed, however:
  • Drill depth did not reach target mineralized zones.
  • Resource potential remains under-tested at depth.

Phase 1

Depth Validation (High Priority)

  • Return to existing drill holes.
  • Drill to recommended target depths.

Objective

  • Confirm vertical continuity of mineralization.
  • Validate remote sensing targets.
  • Strengthen the geological model.

Phase 2

Resource Expansion Drilling

  • Step-out and infill drilling across projected zones.

Objective

  • Upgrade resource confidence from Inferred to Indicated to Measured.
  • Support a future resource upgrade and Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

Phase 3

District-Scale Exploration

  • Expand exploration across the 59,000-hectare exclusive prospecting license.
  • Integrate traditional exploration with advanced remote sensing technologies.

Objective

  • Identify additional mineralized zones.
  • Build a multi-deposit gold system narrative.

Resource Narrative

The current Musa Minerals narrative is built around a brownfield resource base supported by historical work, formal technical reporting, and remote sensing interpretation that continues to shape the drilling logic.

  • Estimated 108,000,000 tons of gold-bearing ore.
  • Average grade: ~1.8 g/t Au.
  • Supported by historical exploration data, an NI 43-101 Technical Report, and advanced remote sensing interpretation.

Strategic Narrative

Brownfield advantage with scalable upside

  • Brownfield advantage — historical data and an NI 43-101 Technical Report are already in place.
  • Undrilled depth upside — known targets remain insufficiently tested at depth.
  • Massive land position — 59,000 hectares of district-scale exploration ground.
  • Scalability — the project can be framed as a potential multi-million-ounce gold system.

Copper — Secondary Value Layer

  • Presence of copper mineralization as a secondary value layer.
  • Potential for by-product credits that may reduce future all-in sustaining costs.
  • Potential for future standalone copper zones as the broader district is explored.
